Our Method is informal: creating online spaces where believers can review and discuss Scripture together, regardless of your location, at a time that works for you.
At Bible Listening Groups, we are more than just an online ministry; we are a movement….to connect believers with the life-changing power of God’s Word, together....no matter where you are.
Where It All Began
What once cost hundreds of thousands of dollars now cost around $15,000 per translation. More importantly, the people took ownership of the process....leading, contributing, and celebrating their achievements. These translations weren’t seen as something given to them; the translations were theirs. The Bible was no longer a “foreign” book — it was their book, their faith,
transforming their communities.
This grassroots, community-led approach to Bible engagement didn’t stop at translation. From this foundation, a new movement was born: Bible Listening Groups. The simple act of listening to Scripture in a group, discussing what was heard, and applying it to daily life brought about profound change. People listened under trees, in homes, and in fields. Lives were transformed, communities grew stronger, and faith took root.
Bringing Bible Listening Groups to America
Here in the United States, people are searching for hope, purpose and a deeper connection to God. Thousands are discovering the truth and grace of salvation through Jesus Christ....online. Most of these new believers are not connected to a local brick and mortar church. It's important they get connected to Scripture and a community of believers soon, so they can grow in their new faith.
